Refer a client

I welcome referrals from psychotherapists, physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, and allied health or community practitioners seeking thoughtful, depth-oriented psychotherapy for their clients.

My practice offers virtual therapy for adults across Ontario and may be a strong fit for clients who would benefit from a relational, reflective approach, with the option to incorporate art therapy or creative process.

While referrals from professionals are welcome, people are also invited to contact me directly; a formal referral is not necessary to begin.

When referral may be a good fit

Referrals are often appropriate for clients who:

  • are interested in art therapy as part of psychotherapy

  • are navigating grief, identity exploration, or life transitions

  • are seeking depth-oriented or insight-based therapeutic work

  • are working through complex emotional or relational patterns

  • are integrating meaningful, spiritual, or non-ordinary experiences

  • are artists, creatives, or visually oriented thinkers

Art therapy as a specialty

Art therapy can be particularly supportive for clients who:

  • find verbal processing limiting or overwhelming

  • communicate or process visually

  • feel stuck in traditional talk therapy

  • are working with symbolic, emotional, or identity-based material

  • are artists or creatively inclined

  • are seeking integration following significant experiences

Creative approaches are always optional and integrated collaboratively alongside talk therapy.

You are welcome to:

  • Invite the client to book a consultation directly

  • Or contact me with client consent to share referral context

If you are unsure about fit, I am always open to a brief consultation or coordination.
