What We Offer
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to think, feel, and understand yourself more clearly over time.
Our work together is shaped by conversation, reflection, creativity, and careful attention to your inner and relational life. We create space to notice patterns, make sense of experience, and move toward a more integrated and sustainable way of being.
Many clients arrive with a sense that something in their lives is asking for attention, not always a crisis, but a recognition that they would like to live with greater clarity, depth, or self-connection. Therapy becomes a place where this recognition can be explored with care.
How we work
Sessions are collaborative and intentionally paced. We may spend time exploring present concerns, relational dynamics, past experiences, or the emotional and creative dimensions of your life. Over time, therapy can support deeper self-understanding, increased capacity for reflection, and a stronger sense of connection to yourself and others.
I bring a calm, attentive presence and a respect for complexity. There is no expectation to arrive with a clear plan or to move quickly toward change. Meaningful therapeutic work often unfolds gradually, through trust, curiosity, and sustained attention.
This is a space where nuance is welcome and where parts of yourself that may feel difficult or uncertain can be approached without pressure or judgment.
Art Therapy (optional)
Art therapy is available as an option within our work together. For clients who are interested, creative or art-based approaches can be used in ways that feel supportive and intentional.
I may offer creative invitations as part of our work together. Making art, or the creative process, can be another way to express or listen to yourself when words feel limited. This might include simple drawing, working with colour, symbolic imagery, or reflective visual exploration to notice thoughts, emotions, and patterns.
Art making is always optional. Many clients engage primarily through conversation, while others find that occasional visual exploration helps new understanding emerge. No artistic skill or experience is required, and we incorporate creative approaches only when and if they feel supportive to you.
Who this work tends to support
Some clients come with a specific transition, loss, or question they would like support navigating over a shorter period. Others are interested in longer-term, depth-oriented work that allows for ongoing exploration and integration. Both approaches are welcome, and we can shape the work together based on what feels most supportive and sustainable for you.
